Refund Policy

Warranty and Returns

Consumers have a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For returns, please contact us at marketing@apexinnoshop.com. Returns must be authorized by our customer service team.
If the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Items returned without an authorized return request will not be accepted.

 

Enterprise Purchases
All enterprise sales are final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been fulfilled.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (Consumer Purchases Only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Limited Warranty & Repair Policy
Consumer Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty on all products purchased directly from APEXINNO, starting from the date of purchase.
Covered under the warranty:
Repair for defects due to normal use and reasonable wear and tear.
Not Covered under warranty:
Damage from misuse, modification, abnormal use, or use with non-APEXINNO accessories.
Cosmetic damage or surface wear.

 

Enterprise Warranty
Enterprise customers receive an expedited replacement warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Upon verification of a valid warranty claim with proof of purchase (e.g., registration, invoice, or packing slip), we will provide a fast turnaround replacement unit to minimize downtime.
The warranty will be voided if the products are modified, misused, or subjected to abnormal working conditions. This warranty does not cover damage to the surface or normal wear and tear.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser.

 

Repair Policy
If a product is returned and it is determined to be outside of the warranty period or not covered by the warranty due to misuse or damage caused by the end user, a repair fee will apply. Shipping fees may also apply for any non-warranty repairs.

 

Important Notice
Any use of the product for purposes other than those expressly promoted by APEXINNO or any disassembly/modification of the product will void this and any other warranty or return rights.
